I work in a high volume call center for technical support for a local cable company and I can't step away to eat or drink anything for 2-3 hours sometimes and I find myself eating unhealthy things when I can because I get so hungry. It's pretty tough to start munching on something while i'm on the phone. I was wondering if there was anyone else that had a similar issue that have come across some good ideas for healthy, diet-geared snacks that they have come up with.
