I am well education on the body and hormones and also effects of drugs on the body. I know endorphins are the body's natural pain relievers and works the same as say mophine (think i read somwhere endorphins are x2 strong as morphine). Which made me wonder, if someone was to take opiates recreationally (or medically) does endorphins provide the same sort of 'high' and what are the other symptoms after a release of endorphins? I broke my foot on the building site a couple of weeks back and at first it was sore, but after i kept working through it the pain was away and i got suck a rush along with some of the same charactaristics of a opiate like constricted pupils, shallow breathing and warm flashes.
