Would it be acceptable to have an outside wedding in October in Northeast Pa?

I know it can get kind of chilly in late October but that is when were planning on having our wedding and would like to have an outdoor ceremony & reception. Will this be okay? I don't want my quests to have a horrible time because their cold! thanks!
