I am gay and have a crush on a straight guy. What do I do?

Ok This guy is really hot and we talk quite a bit... He knows I am gay and everything, but I think he is completely straight, I even had a dream about him... I just want to have a little fling with him so, How can I bring this up subtly, without scaring him off?
