Help me ( women's problems)?

heres the deal: 4 mths ago breakthrough bleeding mid cycle, 2 mths ago period a week late (also one mth ago), this week arrived a week early and extremely heavy for four solid days ( had to change tampon every half hour for four hours on one day) and now entering my 8th day of what usually lasts 4-5 days. at wits end help please?
