Where can I get a loan regardless of my credit history?

I need a loan so I can go back to school I am trying to get 5000 dollars to pay the school back the money I borrowed. I can pay the loan back in installment payments of 140 a month, but I have credit card debt and some unpaid hospital bills which brings my score down. My mother is a home owner and is will to co sign for me, she did this on the first loan I requested and I was still denied by my bank. Anyone with any suggestions.
