Where should i live...hairstylist...

So i've been doing platform hair for awhile now...(hair for fashion shows and model photo shoots) and i want to take it to the next level i live in minneapolis mn but maybe to actually be doing hair for celeberties i should be living somewhere else or maybe i'm not networking right let me know what i can do to be doing some red carpet hair :)
