Will the Eclipse CD5100 stereo allow me to keep my steering wheel controls in Scion tC?

I've heard that some of the higher end Eclipse head units are plug & play with Scion and that they allow the continued use of the steering wheel mounted controls. Is this true and if so is the CD5100 counted among those units ?
