What can i mail to germany?

so i want to send my boyfriend a package which would include things like packed lollies, chocolates, a scrapbook, a gl filled with paper, and possibly a USB or CD. i was just wondering if that would be alright to mail? and also, would it possible to send it by using an express courier? thank you!
