I used to be the athletic type. Now im sort of dormant and i have been eating A LOT. I'm not obese but i am just your average overweight guy...Ive now got a gut and im gettin flabby thighs and ***....how does one tone these up while losing the flabbiness?? The problem is when i try to eat less i end up STARVING! How can i eat without having to buy a whole ton of "special" food, IM A POOR COLLEGE STUDENT. i need a workout regimen as well
