How could I start a Sorority?

The school I'm going to next year, Lindsey Wilson College, does not have a sorority. They are just now organizing a football team, who will begin their season in 2010. I was wondering if it was possible for me to organize a sorority (DELTA!!!!! DST DST!) on campus and what would I have to do to get it started?
