I have just been voting on undecided questions, and I have noticed that a lot of excellent researchers go?

above and beyond just merely answering a question, they put a lot of research in to give a decent answer, and how do we thank them and I include myself here. We let the question we have asked go to the vote and some one word answer gets the 10 points because people are just point scoring to top up their points tally. We should make a decision here and now to select our own best answer and p fair comment/praise on the answer. Thank you to all the excellent researchers, Uk and USA, there is more top researchers over the water, so we need to encourage our researchers to be as good.
