PLss help mee!!!?

i just had my period this morning. two minutes ago i went to the bathroom and wipe and i saw a thick redddish white black all kinds of colorr.. i'm really sryy to say but i touch it and it was really hard to break it..it was like a chicken defrost and you need to pull to break into 2 and it was kinda hard. so plss can anybody tell me what this is??
