Why do Christians make the false claim that their prophet/god is the ONLY prophet/god to be resurrected from?

We can make claims on what is going on out there, but the truth is, we don't know, and it helps calm us to think we know the answer. We don't know, but for a human, just some cell on some crap smear on a planet to make a claim on whether or not God exists is the most presumptuous and pretentious idea ever.
